Our Hiring Process

Our recruitment procedure is a considerable undertaking, and we firmly believe that it cannot be concluded in just a single interview. It is crucial that both our clients and potential team members comprehend our process. By following the guidance provided below, you will be one step closer to securing one of the most fulfilling professions available. Your road to a better future commences now

Screening

On a daily basis, our recruitment department thoroughly examines job applications and initiates preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates. During the phone call, we inquire about the candidates’ motives for joining Collens Healthcare Ltd, their background, leisure activities, preferences, and their interest in working with vulnerable adults. Our primary objective is to comprehend the applicant’s personality and align it with the company’s principles. Additionally, we utilise this opportunity to provide a detailed understanding of Collens Healthcare Ltd.’s organisational culture and work environment.

Interviews

We offer two distinct interview formats, namely an informal chat and a formal session. As an applicant, you should anticipate participation in both types of interviews. The interview process is only one aspect of our decision-making process and typically spans an hour. Our goal is to gain insight into the candidate’s motivation for applying to the position, as well as to delve deeper into their compatibility with our organisation. We will also provide them with comprehensive information about working with us and address any inquiries they may have.

Offer

As part of our organisation’s recruitment process, we adhere to a strict and professional evaluation protocol to assess each candidate’s qualifications and suitability for the role. We firmly believe that offering the job to a qualified applicant is imperative to organisational success. Therefore, we take all necessary steps to ensure that the selected candidate is the right fit for the position and the company. After our rigorous evaluation process, we can confidently extend a job offer to the most qualified candidate.

Induction & Training

Our organisation ensures that all employees undergo our in-house training program, irrespective of their background or life experience. The training covers a detailed understanding of our company, its operations, our vision, and the employees’ crucial role in the organisation’s growth. It aims to develop and enhance the employees’ skills and knowledge to enable better productivity and performance. We provide regular refreshers, updates, and other training sessions to ensure ongoing professional development during their employment. Additionally, our online ‘E-learning’ training scheme is highly engaging and effective.
