Empowerment– we train and encourage our carers to support vulnerable adults so they can independently make their own decisions and give informed consent.

Protection- we train and encourage our carers to support and advocate for those with the most significant needs to satisfy the safeguarding principle.

Prevention – we train and encourage our carers to be proactive advocates for those who are most in need to prevent safeguarding issues before they arise.

Proportionality– we train and encourage our carers to use preventative measures or respond to safeguarding issues in a manner that is as unobtrusive as possible.

Partnership– we train and encourage our carers to prevent, detect, and report suspected cases of neglect and abuse.

Accountability-we train and encourage our carers to be entirely transparent about and responsible for every safeguarding procedure they use to safeguard vulnerable individuals.

To achieve this, we have set up various programs and initiatives right from hiring to onboarding, training, mentoring, team-building activities, developmental feedback, and recognition.
