We take care of our employees first and foremost. From day one, we make sure that they are well taken care of, trained, and have all the skills necessary to succeed at their job. We have a very structured onboarding process and ongoing training program to make sure that our employees have all the skills and information they need to do their job, and do it well.

The individuals working for the Collens Healthcare Ltd are classified as company staff, as opposed to agency personnel. As per standard protocol, these employees undergo periodic performance evaluations and receive supervision visits during their designated work hours.
