This enables us to not only match you with the most suitable carer based on your requirements, but also allows our Care Managers to act as your consultant and provide guidance on the various community services available to ensure that you can receive the necessary support while remaining in the comfort of your own home. Our Care Managers are proficient in liaising with Public Health Nurses, assisting with the application process for home care packages, arranging for Occupational Therapists to assess your home and provide advice on necessary adaptations, and advising on available products. You can count on our Care Managers to offer the best advice and guidance to help you make informed decisions about your care needs.

QUALITY CONTROL IN HOME CARE

Our Care Coordinators are responsible for closely monitoring and supervising each carer and client contract. They conduct regular reviews of our clients’ needs and adjust their care plan accordingly. If there are any changes in our clients’ care requirements, our experienced Care Managers/Coordinators are well-equipped to respond and modify the care plan accordingly. They can also provide advice on the available community services to cater to these changing needs to ensure our clients remain contentedly at home. Furthermore, our Registered Manager conducts regular supervisory visits, in addition to quality care phone calls to the client or nominated contact person. Also, we provide a 24-hour on-call service for our clients.
